I was always impressed by Pam Bondi’s presence. In fact, that was the only reason I initially paid attention to the constant stream of media coverage surrounding her role and the broader political environment tied to Donald Trump and Washington, D.C.
To be clear, I’ve never had a deep interest in politics. I’ve never voted, and I generally view geopolitical developments as a form of entertainment—sometimes even comic relief. For me, political discourse has rarely been something to take seriously, though it occasionally provides value, especially after I stopped watching mainstream television decades ago.
Ironically, despite my lack of interest, I remain highly informed about global and political affairs. The reason is simple: I am a writer and researcher. Writing requires awareness, observation, and the ability to connect patterns over time.
